BEIJING, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) — China will pursue high-level opening up and explore new prospects of win-win cooperation, according to the communique of the fifth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China released on Thursday.
China will leverage the advantages of its huge market to promote international cooperation and achieve win-win results, the communique says.
